OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How We Do It
Our Shipping is based on our 3rd source product distributor. Some products take longer then others to ship. We are continuously trying to improve our speed of shipping. Shipping can take anywhere between 1 to 3 weeks if not shorter. We respect all our customers on need to know with travel tracking, location, and destination. RETURNS
The Small Print
We except return policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase, including damage to product through shipping. Products that are damaged and or not to liking of customer must be sent back to shipper and or sent image of damage of product. So that you may either receive, replacement and or compensation for your product of purchase. Must be returned by mail to receive full compensation. Note, if the product happens to be past the used 15 day period of arrival, indication of a fraudulent return, or abuse to our return policy you will be fined and or denied return of your purchase. If you are worried about any broken products, or broken packages within shipment. There is no need to worry, we got your back. Any product that is damaged on the day of arrival, and or is not to the liking of the customer. Has a 15 day window to be returned by notifying us directly. We will take you thoroughly through a step by step process to either replace and or return your product. Guiding you each step of the way.
